- The number of the IRCC office is 1-888-242-2100. After dialing, press 1 to select English and 2 to select French;
- If you are making this call for the first time, it is strongly recommended that you follow the voice guidance patiently to find the correct staff of the customer service center to consult with. The voice guidance will accurately and clearly tell you some details that may be closely related to you. For example, it will tell you what basic conditions you need to meet if you want to apply for a study permit in Canada.
Before you call
- Only the applicant or the designated agent can call to consult the immigration/visa application. If you are not confident enough in your English, you need someone to assist you. Click here to contact us;
- The human customer service answering the phone can assist you with general and individual case enquiries, but cannot make a decision on your application. Nor can it help you process your application faster (unless you meet the criteria for emergency processing);
- Please remember the code of your customer service record, and record the staff’s answer to your question (so that you have sufficient evidence in case of any dispute in the future).
