Introduction
Federal Skilled Worker Program, is FSW for short. If the applicant has been engaged in 1 year of continuous work in the past 10 years, the occupation belongs to NOC Level 0, A or B, and is the same code, IELTS General Training reaches 6 in all 4 categories, has WES diploma certification, and the reaches 67 points (Score form attached below), the applicant can apply for Canadian federal skilled immigration.

Requirements
- One year of continuous full-time (or equal amount) NOC 0/A/B work experience in the past ten years; English language test score reach CLB 7; six factor (language, age, education, work, LMIA and adaptability) score reaches 67 points.
- French extra points: If the four French language scores (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) all reach NCLC 7 (equivalent to CLB 7), and the English is at or below CLB 4, there will be an additional 15 points; If reach level NCLC 7 (equivalent to CLB 7), and English at or above CLB 5, then the applicant will receive 30 extra points.
- Bonus points for siblings: If the applicant (or the applicant’s accompanying partner) has direct siblings in Canada, who are over 18 years old and are PRs/Citizens, there will be 15 extra points.
