Introduction
The BC PNP Tech program aims to help BC employers hire and retain foreign skilled workers. The project must first screen qualified applicants and agree to apply for permanent residency for them, and then the employer and the applicant jointly apply the PNP. After the application is passed, the provincial nomination certificate will be obtained and the federal immigration application can be submitted.

Requirements
- College degree or above
- At least two years of work experience in the last five years
- Meet the employer’s recruitment requirements to get an offer
- If the employer’s industry requires a corresponding vocational certificate, it must provide
- Possess certain English ability, minimum CLB4 or above
- Need to have enough living expenses for the whole family to settle in Canada for the first year
