Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM）
The Skilled Workers in Manitoba category (SWM), hereinafter referred to as the SWM category, is one of the MPNP programs based on the needs of Manitoba employers and driven by the local labor market. This category selects skilled workers who are internationally trained, experienced, and possess the skills required in the local labour market, and then nominate them for Canadian PR permanent resident status to settle and work in Manitoba. Applicants nominated in this category have sufficient skills, education and training, work experience, and proficiency in an official language through continued employment and have strong ties to Manitoba to make a direct and ongoing impact on the Manitoba economy and community contribute.
Intra-company transferees / ICT
ICT, full name Intra-Company Transferee, ICT work visa is the internal employee transfer work visa of multinational companies. Foreign businesses with a parent, branch, subsidiary or affiliate in Canada may choose to bring key employees from overseas to Canada through an intracompany transfer program. Work permits obtained through this program do not require a labor market impact assessment. While exempt from the Labour Market Impact Assessment, workers and employers using the intra-company transfer program must comply with all regulations for temporary work in Canada, including obtaining a temporary resident visa where applicable.
Canada Agri-Food Immigration Pilot (AFIP)
AFIP for short, is an immigration program for experienced non-seasonal worker, especially in meat processing and mushroom production. Launched in May 2020, it is planned to be implemented for three years. The language requirements of this immigration program are low, and the educational requirements only require high school or above.

Express Entry vs Provincial Nominee vs Express Entry BC | EE vs PNP vs EEBC
EEBC application requirements are the highest. The applicant must meet both EE requirements and BCPNP requirements.
To meet EEBC, you first need to achieve a language level of 4-6 in IELTS, and at the same time, you need to meet the 67-point score of Express Entry. The regular BCPNP (the Skills Immigration stream of the BCPNP) only needs to meet the BCPNP application conditions.
