What is WES
WES, or World Education Services, was established in 1974 and is an American non-profit organization. It provides education certification for those who intend to study or work in the United States or Canada. It is the largest qualification evaluation company in North America, and its evaluation and certification reports are very commonly used in North American education institutions.
Usually WES certification refers to the WES academic degree evaluation and certification.

CHSI & CDGDC
