簡介 Intro
本單位組勞動者去除金屬件，鑄件及其他金屬製品的多餘的金屬和有害材料，並執行其他勞動活動。他們受僱於結構鋼，鍋爐和鈑金加工廠，重型機械生產廠，鈑金加工車間，造船及其他金屬製品製造企業。
Labourers in this unit group remove excess metal and unwanted materials from metal parts, castings and other metal products and perform other labouring activities. They are employed in structural steel, boiler and platework fabrication plants, heavy machinery manufacturing plants, sheet metal fabrication shops, shipbuilding and other metal products manufacturing companies.
主要職責 Main Duties
- 閱讀和解釋工作訂單。 Read and interpret work orders
- 操作金屬清洗設備如砂粒噴磨機，去毛刺機， 和噴丸機，去除金屬件，鑄件及其他金屬製品的表面多餘的焊縫，鐵鏽，水垢及其他材料。 Operate metal cleaning equipment such as wheelabrators, deburrers and shotblasters to remove excess welds, rust, scale and other material from surfaces of metal parts, castings and other metal products

- 將金屬製品浸入清洗溶液。 Immerse metal products in cleaning solutions
- 輔助結構鋼和鈑金鉗工，鈑金工人，金屬加工機運營商或其他金屬工人。 Assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metalworking machine operators or other metal workers
- 手動或使用吊重機或其他設備，運輸原材料和成品金屬製品。 Transport raw materials and finished metal products manually or using hoists or other devices
- 分類金屬片及零部件，廢金屬及其他材料。 Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal and other materials
- 清潔工作區域和設備。 Clean work areas and equipment
- 使用手推運貨車或小車裝載和卸載車輛。 Load and unload vehicles using hand truck or dolly
- 可使用手工工具切割，研磨或剝落金屬製品上多餘的金屬。 May cut, grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.
