簡介 Intro

Nursing co-ordinators and supervisors co-ordinate and supervise the activities of registered nurses, registered psychiatric nurses, licensed practical nurses and other nursing personnel in the provision of patient care. They are employed in health care institutions such as hospitals, clinics and nursing homes , and in nursing agencies.

主要職責 Main Duties

- 協助護理人員的選擇，評價和專業發展。 Assist in the selection, evaluation and professional development of nursing personnel
- 合作研究與護理和醫療護理和多學科服務相關的項目。 Collaborate on research projects related to nursing and medical care and multidisciplinary services
- 亦可直接護理病人。 May provide direct patient care.
任職要求 Employment Requirements
- 必須完成大學，學院或其他批准註冊護士，註冊精神科護士課程。 Completion of a university, college or other approved registered nursing, or registered psychiatric nursing, program is required.
- 可能需要管理學的課程學習，或者管理或行政學位，文憑或證書。 Courses in management studies or a degree, diploma or certificate in management or administration may be required.
