- 评估企业的要求并制定要购买的设备、材料和用品的规格 Assess requirements of an establishment and develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased
- 招标、咨询供应商并审查报价 Invite tenders, consult with suppliers and review quotations
- 确定或协商合同条款和条件、授予供应商合同或建议授予合同 Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards
- 制定物流交付计划，监控进度并联系客户和供应商解决问题 Establish logistics of delivery schedules, monitor progress and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
- 就公共或私人用途的土地征用或使用权进行谈判，并可能对财产进行实地调查 Negotiate land acquisition or access rights for public or private use, and may conduct field investigations of properties
