Production logistics workers expedite the flow of work and materials within an establishment and prepare merchandise ready for shipment. They are employed by manufacturing and construction companies, printing and publishing companies and other industrial establishments.

主要职责 Main Duties
- 在不同部门、单位和部门之间查找、分类或移动货物，并接收、拆包和跟踪货物 Find, sort or move goods between different sections, unit and departments and receive, unpack and track merchandise
- 根据客户订单编制详细的工作表和规格 Compile detailed worksheets and specifications from customer’s order
- 比较客户订单包装的物品和其他识别数据以进行质量控制 Compare items packed with customer orders and other identifying data for quality control
- 编制有关工作进度和出现的任何生产问题的报告 Compile reports on the progress of work and on any production problems that arise
- 跟踪材料库存、准备新材料订单、监控库存控制的订单计划并维护库存记录 Track material inventory, prepare new material orders, monitor order schedules for inventory control and maintain inventory records
- 与供应商保持联系，确保物资和设备按时发货 Maintain contact with vendors to ensure that supplies and equipment are shipped on time
- 准备材料估算，以确保有足够的材料来完成生产项目。 Prepare material estimates to ensure enough materials are available to complete production projects.
