简介 Intro

Cleaning supervisors supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers in the following unit groups: Light Duty Cleaners (6731), Specialized Cleaners (6732), and Janitors, Caretakers and Building Superintendents (6733). Cleaning supervisors are employed by hospitals and other health care institutions, hotels, motels, schools and other educational institutions, commercial and industrial establishments, home and office cleaning establishments and by various specialized cleaning companies.
主要职责 Main Duties

Supervise and co-ordinate the work of light duty, industrial or specialized cleaners and janitors - 检查场地或设施以确保安全，并符合清洁标准
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met - 推荐或安排所需的额外服务，如涂漆，修复工作，装修或更换家具和设备
Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment - 雇用和培训保洁员

Prepare work schedule and co-ordinate activities with those of other departments - 准备预算，成本估算，并保持财务记录
Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records - 接收专门清洗工作的付款

May perform certain cleaning duties.
