简介 Intro
本单元组监督元监督和协调从事钻探石油或天然气，运营服务的钻机，或提供石油和天然气井技术服务的工人的活动。他们受雇于钻井、油井服务承包公司和石油生产公司。本单元组包括可以自主经营的油田顾问。
Supervisors in this unit group supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers engaged in drilling for oil or gas, operating service rigs, or providing oil and gas well services. They are employed by drilling and well service contracting companies and by petroleum producing companies. This unit group includes oilfield consultants who may be self-employed.
油井钻探和油井服务主管之间几乎没有流动性。
There is little mobility for supervisors from well services to well drilling.
主要职责 Main Duties

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers who drill for oil and gas, operate service rigs or provide oil and gas well services - 建立方法，以满足工作计划，协调与其他部门的工作活动

任职要求 Employment Requirements
- 必需完成中学学业。
Completion of secondary school is required. - 完成大学或石油行业认可的培训课程。
Completion of college or petroleum industry approved training courses is required. - 需要具备在被监督的职业里工作的丰富经验。
Extensive experience in the occupations supervised is required. - 石油工程技术要取得两年制的大专文凭。
A two-year college diploma in petroleum engineering technology may be required. - 通过完成短期课程，取得以下认证：急救，氢硫化物意识，预防井喷，井控，工作场所有害物质信息系统WHMIS，危险货物运输TDG或其它安全和技术科目。
Certificates in first aid, hydrogen sulphide awareness, blowout prevention, well control, workplace hazardous materials information system (WHMIS), transportation of dangerous goods (TDG) or other safety and technical subjects are required and are obtained by completing short courses.
